General information

The 30th Annual Jubilee Festival is held in Daphne, Alabama, the heart of the Eastern Shore.  Daphne is directly across Mobile Bay from Mobile, Alabama at the interchange between Interstate 10 and U.S. 98 (Exit 35).  The Festival is located in “Olde Towne” Daphne on Main Street, 5 miles south of Interstate 10.  Festival hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, September 29th and Sunday, September 30th. 

Approximately 130 spaces will be available for the varied selection of fine art and craft exhibits.  Art demonstrations are highly encouraged as well.  Designated streets will be blocked to accommodate the festival, which is expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors.

The charge for a single booth is $200.00 plus a $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE jury fee. No commission is charged on sales.  An accepted application is a commitment to the show and no refund will be made for cancellation (no exceptions).  No fee will be refunded due to inclement weather.  Subletting of booth space is not allowed. Please submit a self-addressed envelope as well.


The State of Alabama and Baldwin County require each vendor to purchase a transient business license.  The details are available from the Baldwin County License Inspector at (251) 928-3002 ext. 4645. Breakfast is provided at Daphne City Hall (1705 Main St, Daphne, AL 36526) each morning.  Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Lunch will be provided on Saturday, September 29th.  Each exhibitor will be given one complimentary box lunch which will be delivered to your booth.  Additional lunches can be purchased at ZAPP checkout.


Following the close of the show Saturday night, our artists are invited to join us for an awards reception in the heart of the festival. Festival award winners will be recognized as artists have an opportunity to relax and mingle.


Twelve cash awards will be awarded. Judging will begin Saturday at 10:00 a.m.  The judges reserve the right to travel the show and evaluate the exhibits in the manner they choose.  A “spotter” is assigned to follow the judges and mark the booth to indicate the exhibit has been judged.
